CVE-2019-14822 | 4 Canonical, Ibus Project, Oracle and 1 more | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Ibus, Zfs Storage Appliance Kit and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 3.6 LOW | 7.1 HIGH |
A flaw was discovered in ibus in versions before 1.5.22 that allows any unprivileged user to monitor and send method calls to the ibus bus of another user due to a misconfiguration in the DBus server setup. A local attacker may use this flaw to intercept all keystrokes of a victim user who is using the graphical interface, change the input method engine, or modify other input related configurations of the victim user.
CVE-2019-14821 | 8 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 38 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 35 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.2 HIGH | 8.8 HIGH |
An out-of-bounds access issue was found in the Linux kernel, all versions through 5.3, in the way Linux kernel's KVM hypervisor implements the Coalesced MMIO write operation. It operates on an MMIO ring buffer 'struct kvm_coalesced_mmio' object, wherein write indices 'ring->first' and 'ring->last' value could be supplied by a host user-space process. An unprivileged host user or process with access to '/dev/kvm' device could use this flaw to crash the host kernel, resulting in a denial of service or potentially escalating privileges on the system.
CVE-2019-14816 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 54 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 51 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.2 HIGH | 7.8 HIGH |
There is heap-based buffer overflow in kernel, all versions up to, excluding 5.3, in the marvell wifi chip driver in Linux kernel, that allows local users to cause a denial of service(system crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2019-14814 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 50 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 47 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.2 HIGH | 7.8 HIGH |
There is heap-based buffer overflow in Linux kernel, all versions up to, excluding 5.3, in the marvell wifi chip driver in Linux kernel, that allows local users to cause a denial of service(system crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2019-14763 | 2 Canonical, Linux | 2 Ubuntu Linux, Linux Kernel | 2024-11-21 | 4.9 MEDIUM | 5.5 MEDIUM |
In the Linux kernel before 4.16.4, a double-locking error in drivers/usb/dwc3/gadget.c may potentially cause a deadlock with f_hid.
CVE-2019-14744 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.1 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
In KDE Frameworks KConfig before 5.61.0, malicious desktop files and configuration files lead to code execution with minimal user interaction. This relates to libKF5ConfigCore.so, and the mishandling of .desktop and .directory files, as demonstrated by a shell command on an Icon line in a .desktop file.
CVE-2019-14615 | 2 Canonical, Intel | 709 Ubuntu Linux, Atom E3805, Atom E3805 Firmware and 706 more | 2024-11-21 | 1.9 LOW | 5.5 MEDIUM |
Insufficient control flow in certain data structures for some Intel(R) Processors with Intel(R) Processor Graphics may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access.
CVE-2019-14497 | 3 Canonical, Debian, Milkytracker Project | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Milkytracker | 2024-11-21 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
ModuleEditor::convertInstrument in tracker/ModuleEditor.cpp in MilkyTracker 1.02.00 has a heap-based buffer overflow.
CVE-2019-14496 | 3 Canonical, Debian, Milkytracker Project | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Milkytracker | 2024-11-21 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
LoaderXM::load in LoaderXM.cpp in milkyplay in MilkyTracker 1.02.00 has a stack-based buffer overflow.
CVE-2019-14494 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
An issue was discovered in Poppler through 0.78.0. There is a divide-by-zero error in the function SplashOutputDev::tilingPatternFill at SplashOutputDev.cc.
CVE-2019-14464 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.5 MEDIUM |

An issue was discovered in OpenStack Nova before 17.0.12, 18.x before 18.2.2, and 19.x before 19.0.2. If an API request from an authenticated user ends in a fault condition due to an external exception, details of the underlying environment may be leaked in the response, and could include sensitive configuration or other data.
