CVSS v3.1 |
In FlightGear before 2017.2.1, the FGCommand interface allows overwriting any file the user has write access to, but not with arbitrary data: only with the contents of a FlightGear flightplan (XML). A resource such as a malicious third-party aircraft could exploit this to damage files belonging to the user. Both this issue and CVE-2016-9956 are directory traversal vulnerabilities in Autopilot/route_mgr.cxx - this one exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2016-9956.
Directory traversal vulnerability in GNU patch versions which support Git-style patching before 2.7.3 allows remote attackers to write to arbitrary files with the permissions of the target user via a .. (dot dot) in a diff file name.
Atlassian Bitbucket Server before 4.7.1 allows remote attackers to read the first line of an arbitrary file via a directory traversal attack on the pull requests resource.
Directory traversal vulnerability in CubeCart versions prior to 6.1.5 allows attacker with administrator rights to read arbitrary files via unspecified vectors.
Directory traversal vulnerability in AttacheCase for Java 0.60 and earlier, AttacheCase Lite 1.4.6 and earlier, and AttacheCase Pro 1.5.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via specially crafted ATC file.
The BrightSign Digital Signage (4k242) device (Firmware 6.2.63 and below) has directory traversal via the /storage.html rp parameter, allowing an attacker to read or write to files.
Directory traversal vulnerability in CubeCart versions prior to 6.1.4 allows remote authenticated attackers to read arbitrary files via unspecified vectors.
Fiyo CMS v2.0.7 has an arbitrary file delete vulnerability in dapur/apps/app_config/controller/backuper.php via directory traversal in the file parameter during an act=db action.
Yaws 1.91 allows Unauthenticated Remote File Disclosure via HTTP Directory Traversal with /%5C../ to port 8080. NOTE: this CVE is only about use of an initial /%5C sequence to defeat traversal protection mechanisms; the initial /%5C sequence was apparently not discussed in earlier research on this product.
Directory traversal vulnerability in the Download Zip Attachments plugin 1.0 for WordPress allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the File parameter to download.php.
Directory traversal vulnerability in Cybozu Garoon 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 allows an attacker to read arbitrary files via Garoon SOAP API "WorkflowHandleApplications".
Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in (1) includes/MapImportCSV2.php and (2) includes/MapImportCSV.php in the Easy2Map plugin before 1.3.0 for WordPress allow remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary files via the csvfile parameter related to "upload file functionality."
IBM Kenexa LMS on Cloud could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing dot dot sequences (/../) to view arbitrary files on the system.
Geneko GWR routers allow directory traversal sequences starting with a /../ substring, as demonstrated by unauthenticated read access to the configuration file.
Directory traversal vulnerability in D-Link DVG-N5402SP with firmware W1000CN-00, W1000CN-03, or W2000EN-00 allows remote attackers to read sensitive information via a .. (dot dot) in the errorpage parameter.
Directory traversal vulnerability in diag.jsp file in CA Unified Infrastructure Management (formerly CA Nimsoft Monitor) 8.4 SP1 and earlier and CA Unified Infrastructure Management Snap (formerly CA Nimsoft Monitor Snap) allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via unspecified vectors.
An issue was discovered in INTERSCHALT Maritime Systems VDR G4e Versions 5.220 and prior. External input is used to construct paths to files and directories without properly neutralizing special elements within the pathname that could allow an attacker to read files on the system, a Path Traversal.
A directory traversal vulnerability in the BlackBerry Workspaces Server could potentially allow an attacker to execute or upload arbitrary files, or reveal the content of arbitrary files anywhere on the web server by crafting a URL with a manipulated POST request.
A path traversal vulnerability exists in simple-file-manager before 2017-04-26, affecting index.php (the sole "Simple PHP File Manager" component).
dpkg-source in dpkg 1.3.0 through 1.18.23 is able to use a non-GNU patch program and does not offer a protection mechanism for blank-indented diff hunks, which allows remote attackers to conduct directory traversal attacks via a crafted Debian source package, as demonstrated by use of dpkg-source on NetBSD.
